The professionalism and courteousness of the staff was great. The appointment was easy to set up and accomplish. Staff, overall, were very thorough and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that two instructions from the Homeland Security website were contradicted by one library staff member, and not confidently corroborated by two others. Thus, I am unsure if my application violated a critical rule upon submission or not. Will have to wait and see.
